Dandelion leaf

Dandelion is a typical spring herb that has been praised for its medicinal properties for more than a thousand years. This plant is rich in minerals, improves the entire metabolism, stimulates digestion and kidneys, is a wonderful tonic for the liver and gallbladder and gives a boost to the entire body.

Nettle

Nettle is a very versatile herb, which is not only medicinal, but also very nutritious. Nettle cleanses, builds up, enriches with minerals, gives new life force and can help increase resistance. Not only is she a ticklish animal on the outside, she is also ticklish on the inside, so that everything wakes up and can start flowing again.

Seaweed

Seaweed is the original top-shelf superfood. A complete food and medicine. Rich in minerals, proteins and mucilages, among other things. Seaweed is also a direct source of omega 3 (fish do not produce omega 3 themselves, they ingest it by eating algae (and therefore seaweeds).
